His basic premise is that to pay off the debt, 'merica is just printing dollars.

Eventually this will devalue the 'merican dollar to the point other countries don't want to use it when buying foreign goods, such as oil.

When that happens, the price of oil in 'merica will sky-rocket.

When that happens, every good which is shipped by truck, flown, etc will rise cause transport costs sky rocket.

It is possible in theory, but only occurs if the USD isn't the official world standard in oil.

I think only Hurricane has come close to saying he believes it straight up. I'm just saying it's an interesting theory

right. So what's the chance of that even happening?

I dunno, not likely. It happened in Britain and that turned out okay.
