Mine let me off hitting the curb as he thought the rest of my drive was perfect and didn't want to fail me for something stupid. That and we made it back to the test centre and he wanted to get back inside.
I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.

I failed my first because I went through a yellow light at 30 miles an hour, it turned yellow 50 feet before I got there. The State Trooper failed me for that. I was like BULLLLLLLLLLLSHIT.
If the women don't find ya handsome. They should at least find ya handy.

For me it was some fat nerdy white lady that seemed like she might be a stickler for every single thing.  Such as not being within the required 12 inches of the curb.

i passed my first time around with only 5 hours of driving. never been in an accident or received a traffic ticket. which is actually surprising seeing as how crazy i drove for my first year. professional driver right here ladies and gentlemen.

The ones at the test centre I went to are apparently pretty cool with stuff like that because they know you'll improve as you go on. Not to say it was easy, they're pretty tough on everything, they just give you room for little things as you're still learning really.
