It would certainly be worth watching. I would love to see the church crumble in this lifetime.Ilocano wrote:

I'd buy a damn brewery, and turn the planet into alcoholics
If I had a magic wand, I'd make the world suck my dick
without a condom on, while I'm on the john
If I had a million bucks
it wouldn't be enough, because I'd still be out
robbing armored trucks
If I had one wish
I would ask for a big enough ass for the whole world to kiss

Yes way. Just the same as American Israeli's went to fight in Israel's wars, there are plenty of people who would defend the Vatican if it came to that. Not so much Americans, but most of Latin America and parts of Asia. But really, it wouldn't come to that.
If you folks did have a billion dollars, would you give some to your kids when you died? I would think it would remove the whole idea of earning one's living and they could end up being pricks since they never had to work a day of their lives.
Imagine Bill Gates dies and their kids get all his money and go around being total dicks with all that dough.
I hope he gives all of it to charity, there's no way he can spend all that money otherwise, and neither can all his family 10 generations down the road.

It's my money. If I want it to all go to my kids, that's my choice. No one is going to force me to give it to anyone else. Barring Uncle Sam of course.-Sh1fty- wrote:

If the kids don't have to work a day of their lives I think their character will suffer. I wouldn't want that to happen to me. It's sort of like the instant knowledge discuss earlier. It's more gratifying to gain the knowledge via trial and error and whatnot, than to just have it handed to you. I think the same can be said for money.JohnG@lt wrote:

I asked what you folks would do. I'm not imposing my opinion with a you must do this attitude. Several people in this thread have mentioned that the most dense people they've met were rich. I am therefore assuming that giving enough money for a person to live off of without lifting his thumb a day of his life would affect his character in a negative way.
Why are you all so rude?

You wouldn't be singing that tune if you were born wealthy. Your opinion also makes a lot of assumptions and doesn't fit in with the other views you've posted on this forum. That's why your view on inheritances is nothing more than resentment of wealthy people.-Sh1fty- wrote:

it's called teach your kids properly
IE don't be a fuck and run off to let 50 nannies teach them how to behave
assuming someone will be a bad/stupid person because they are well off is just.... dumb

We're talking billions here. The money will most likely eventually get to their heads. "Well off" isn't exactly the same thing as being a freaking billionaire that can do whatever the fk they want. They tend to be douches when they don't get exactly what they want. This is just a stereotype in my opinion but all stereotypes hold true for certain people.krazed wrote:

I know a lot of wealthy people. Most of which are stuck up.

Having Cancer with no way of curing it, watching your loved one die a slow death. It dosent end there, they have the scars of what the deceased went through, and money cant erease those memories, they just take the sharpness off the wounds. The one who died escapes, while the other half lives with whats happened.11 Bravo wrote:
i mean what would make them unhappy? what could happen to a billionaire that would make them unhappy? death? divorce? pfffttt try that being poor.
Thats just one example of how having every penny in the world dosent guarantee happyness
yes i know the same things happen. try going thru all of that and not being able to feed your kids or cannot afford the cancer/pain drugs? their unhapy is just a slice of real unhappy tbh.1927 wrote:
