Yess i've experienced the same problem, I hate it....
Why!? Why?! With every new patch they screw the game more and more....

Anyone got a solution for this problem besides using another programm to take screenshots?

The problem is that for most people that updated to 1.2 they have a new bug that is not letting people take screen shots.

I did manage to get a response from EA on the issue and... Well, I'll post there solution below as I really don't have the time to try it right now and I've pretty much given up on trying to report stat padders and glitchers so I am in no rush to try it.

EA's Responce:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. I’m sorry for the difficulty that you are having with The Battlefield 2 game.

Please manually uninstall the game then install in the order given below:

You can manually uninstall the game by removing the files and registry keys associated with it. Be sure to follow these steps exactly as they appear to prevent accidental file/program deletion on your system.

Right-click on the Battlefield 2 folder and choose Delete.
Right-click on the Battlefield 2: Special Forces folder and choose Delete.

Order of Install:

1. Battlefield 2

Should you require further assistance about this or any Electronic Arts games in the future please visit our website and review our extensive Self Help knowledgebase (http://support.ea.com)

Be carefull with the Registry part of this because doing one thing wrong in the registry could cause alot of problems.

I hope that helps in some way... If nobody gets around to trying there recommendation I will give it a shot in a few days and post if it helped.

EA are newbies. They have a stupid automatic response system, because they are lazy.

I just noticed it to, had some sceenies of me blasting a guy with the tungusta and not dying he just stood there taking 500 hits, it was a awsome sight the explosions on his body :-) 1 min later I shot a guy with the last 30 rounds I had so it must have been a one time thing.

I'am hoever not going to reinstall the game for the screenshots
