when they don't put any of their fucking movies or TV shows on Netflix instant streaming? if I absolutely positively want to watch a movie right now, I always check Netflix first. 70% of the time it fails me if I want to see a specific movie (and sometimes a movie that used to be on instant play is no longer available). When that doesn't work and I still really want to watch it, I'll just get it illegally.
