I thought it was about time that we created an official list of bf2s users on Twitter, along with some tips.
I've tried lots of twitter webclients like Tweetdeck, Brizzly, Seesmic, and others. I personally prefer Hootsuite as my webcllient. It's great for managing streams. You really should use something like this (there are plenty of others) if you follow a lot of people. You can create columns for various different streams, schedule tweets, manage multiple accounts on different networks..etc.
You can further organize the streams into various tabs. 
You should also verify that the webclient you choose allows you to enable https for security.
If you are interested I have some other public lists.
Feel free to offer suggestions to my list and to share your own. Also share any tips you might have.
