Nice. Not that I care that much about G+, but it's nice to have quick access to documents, image search, etc. (only have gmail in my bookmark toolbar). Kind of annoying how it takes a second to pop up after loading a new page though.

Someone explain circles to me.
So you can add someone to your circle without them adding you back, does that mean they can see your posts, you can see theirs, or neither?
And vice-versa if they add me but I don't add them back.

If they aren't in any of your circles, they won't be able to see your posted content unless you choose to make it public.
Each time you post content, you specify the circles and individuals you want to share it with. For convenience, new posts default to the last set of people you shared a post with, but you can change that before you post.
So they add me, and I can see theirs?
They add you, you don't add them = they can only see your public content, you can see their public content plus whatever they choose to share with the circle they put you in.
