The campaign is horrible and the leveling system is a pointless pain in the ass, but I wouldn't call it the worst RTS ever. The multiplayer is still fun when you can actually get a game going.

I don´t intend to play online tbh, never have with any C&C (or RTS in general), but I´d get it for the campaign. I fairly enjoyed its predecessor.
