Need Urgent Help Guys

My User Access Control just popped up asking me to give access to something called the Windows Command Processor.

I click no and it keeps popping up and won't go away. I'm terrified from pressing allow because the last time this happened, a virus knacked my system. I don't know if its safe or not. Windows firewall also popped up.

It notes the program location as C:\SysWOW64\cmd.exe.

I'm running AVG but if it doesn't turn anything up then I don't know what to do. I don't want to end up spending another forty quid getting my computer restored.

Running MWB, has detected 1 thing so far. Whether that's the problem or something else entirely, I'm not sure.

Dammit, its stopping any downloads at 99%, so all I've got is my outdated MWB. If that doesn't work, I'm switching off and taking it to the shop

I think the virus was preventing any downloads, got to 99 percent before it stopped. Dropped it off at the repair shop today, hopefully get it back tomorrow.

Ugh. Not so much a problem, but an annoyance.

When I got my comp back the autorum feature for games is now the same autoplay window that opens with my pen drive, so I can't click Play from the get go.

Also, when I go on My Computer and click the disk drive, it opens it like a folder instead of running the program. No longer shows the icon of the game in the drive either.
