I've heard of you don't create a new character in that slot it may come back. Not holding out hope though!

This is the biggest launch fuck up since Half Life 2. As much money as they had riding on this you would think that they would have made sure there weren't any problems.

Too bad its not for the PC. I try to keep the games played on the PS3 to Teen and below since my kids use it. My PC, on the other hand, is private use. I have mine, my wife has hers, and the kids have the 3rd PC.

They did say they didn't even have a beta though, so that's pretty much what we're playing.

I noticed the server seems to go down at the weekend when the USA wakes up around 2 in the afternoon GMT. Must be a serious number of people online when you consider probably everyone that bought GTA is trying to get on.

I'm not too annoyed as I hadn't done that many Missions and has only just bought a garage.

I guess that is why they said don't create a new one in the same slot.

I always turn it off in races. I was ten seconds ahead with half a lap to go on one race. Made no mistakes and came third. Since then I never play races with it on
