I got in contact with the lady. We decided to just handle it without the insurance. She sent me to a bodyshop that she knows and they did the repairs for me. She paid of course.

make sure they do it right . Last time i went in to the dealer and got my mom's car aligned the dude said that the directional tires had been on wrong. Not sure who rotated the tires last so I cannot point a finger. drats!

My mom was just nagging me for like 15 minutes non-stop about anything she could think of. She only does shit like this because she gets annoyed by something and vents by dumping problems on me, used to happen all the time when she worked at the school.
