Tried ordering something from Macy's online. What a disaster. First it didn't apply the 25% discount so I had to call customer service in India to get it fixed. Turns out the order was an error and didn't go through their system correctly. They offered to reorder the item with the discount which made me happy but i still have 2 of the original bills sitting on my card's account activity along with the new correct bill. I tried logging onto macy's website to see if the new order showed up on my account but the site keeps crashing.
I am just going to wait and see if the two incorrect pending charges disappear and if the stuff shows up. worse case scenario is that I have to call American Express to cancel all the payments with Macy's and never shop there again.
