im not going to be doing hardly any gaming, and thats $200+ more than i want to spend after i get the ssd
You say you just want to play BF3 and poker on it. Even if you don't play much of either, putting more focus on the video card than the SSD is going to make you far happier than current-gen bottom-of-the-barrel video. Trust me.
i got rid of bf3 already. how would a gpu be more important than an ssd? ssd's make a world of difference. the 525 is fine for bf2 and bc2 on low or medium
You barely have bf3 a chancegurdeep wrote:

for a fatty you're a serious intellectual lightweight.
Gave*

ill prob buy it again in a month or 2 but thats beside the point. the 525 would still run bf3 on low wouldnt it?
Not got a clue. Google some benchmarks brothergurdeep wrote:

I don't get how you rather play BC2 over BF3, they're basically the same thing by your standards lol.
seems fine to me
i dont have any interest in playing either right now. fucking around on coop/sp on the aix bf2 mod is way more fun than those shit gamesRoc18 wrote:

http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_1010 … 00001#desc
the only difference i see is the kmart one has an i7 2630QM and the newegg one has an i7-2670QM
Looks choppy to me, but w/e. I'd rather have twice the ram and a much better video card than an SSD in a laptop.
I'd probably pick it up if I was in the market for a laptop. Then you can still do the SSD thing you wanted. In fact, I'm really tempted right now, but I have the will to resist!gurdeep wrote:

i have the hpdv6t http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/serie … uter_store ..it does great with my photoshop stuff --- and it plays bf3 -- but the maps and icons were missing - without waiting for a fix i installed the game on my pc and havent looked back so I am not sure the recent 2 patches cured the laptop illness.
The screen was barely big enough (at 15.6 inches 1920x 1080) i really think you should go for a larger screen size
