QS methodology is absolute shit. 20% of the ranking depends on a recruiter review and the amount of international students / researchers at a uni. Of course the US/UK will absolutely dominate the top 100+ if that's considered a big deal. The student/faculty ratio is also greatly in favor of ivy league unis and such because with the ridiculous cost of an undergrad/postgrad (combined with limited acceptance) there they have no problem providing a low ratio. It has little to do with teaching quality - the value of such a statistic is superficial at best yet, again, considered extremely important by QS.

Actually, according to national and the vast majority of international rankings I'm going to the best uni in my country (and for my faculty).

We haven't 'been over this' at all. That was, I believe, my only post in that entire thread. Now please explain to me why recruiters matter if it's glaringly obvious that private universities (most of which are in the US) will invest much more time and effort in recruiting than universities that are largely state-funded?
