BF2S Forums Question about New Ranks and the Top 40

I have a question.Since most of the Top 40 have already passed the 200,000 Point rank, will it ever be possible for them to get the General Ranks. Because they have already passed the point markings so it's too late for them to get the required expert badges.

Anyone got some answers?

And for reason when I post a top it posts three times. I'm not sure, but sorry.
