I dont think they should reduce claymores radius what about the proper use of a claymore it will be removed from the game to ?
evertime they fix something bad they have to remove something good.  Just make the max claymore limit per person 2???
some people were using some lame tricks with c4 you remove 50% of c4 ability and fun to play with + some medic abiility to throw bags and such support ability just cause some kid were using it as main weapon a delay would of bean ok !!
You remove jumping and firing at the same time why dont just put a LOW accuracy while jumping !
And for the AA i dont care about diing a bit more cause some people were abusing of the main bases airfields(raping)
now we cant dogfight !!!

I pray EA fixes the graphics bugs most of all.  Followed by the sound bugs.  Followed by the I have to jump 3 or 4 times before I can move bug.

I like the PKM accuracy the way it is personally.  I mean, with the accuracy the way it is at least it has a fighting chance against other classes at somewhat of a range.  The accuracy does seem to be pretty high for a machine gun, I'll admit that, but I find it far easier to drop somebody at a distance with like the G36C or something than the PKM. 

I've never seen the unlimited flare thing but I guess with everybody mentioning it it must exist.

And the silent gun thing, I have experienced that before only once (I believe).  I may be wrong since my left speaker in my headphone is broken, so if the shot came from the left I would have barely heard it on the right side, but I don't recall hearing anything so I think I've experienced this before.

And the helicopter thing, it doesn't really matter to me if they leave it the same or make helies have more health because I don't fly them, I just shoot them down and it doesn't matter to me if they kill me 3 times while I try to take one down or 2 times.

Claymore blast radius should be left the same in my opinion.

i agree, a machine gun like the pkm is desgined to keep heads down, and produce cover fire, this is straight from the army too, but in saying that, the velocity thata pkm posesses is enough to tear ur arm off if the bullet it fires comes within 1 metre of it (yeah i know i didnt belive it either)

The idea is to hide the c4 somewhere(maybe close to a flag?) and detonate it then,you know,the sneaky way...duh....

And you don't have to run up to anybody and drop your C4 there,that's what grenades are for,double-duh...
I was out of grenades, and I wanted to ensure I killed him without him knowing where I was/without giving him a chance to shoot at me.. I guess I should have included that I snuck up behind him.

they increased the medic/ammo bag throw distance. you can chuck them things now.
C4 should be planted and detonated when somebody least expects it. it should not be used as an assault weapon(other than running up to a tank and planting it). It is used for defense.

I've got out a lot of locks before, using the cameras is key, cause if you're way up in the sky you probably wont crash. Or for example, on fushee pass, fly low along the caverns then twist and turn and the rockets will hit the terrain.

They need to do something about claymores.  I don't think the trip range should be reduced, but making them destructible would be nice.

IMO the prone support weapon accuracy is fine. What they do need to fix is:

Reduce support weapon standing\crouching accuracy

Increase the delay from when you hit the prone key to when you can start firing by 1 second for all classes. Make it some actual benefit to setup prone in a good position. Instead of this crap we have now where you start firing at someone from prone position and they instantly go prone and return fire to full effect even though they didn't take the time to set up a good position.

dont know what is all the fuss with the claymore radius. i dont see a problem with this. the problem with the claymores now is that they are no danger to team mates so are just being left all over the place in the knowledge that they are only going to help your score.

EA/Dice should make it just the same as before, but allow snipers to pick them back up, and have some sort of system which does not allow team mates to punish u for their own stupidity.

to be honest i think it was a cop out from EA and Dice to change the claymore and mines with this patch. they did not have the ability to allow the sniper and engineer to be able to pick them up, so decided to just take off the team kills with them.


1.21 - fix the numerous bugs, fix the claymore/mine no TK issue, fix the prone to standing issue, fix the sniper zoom issue and get their finger out their asses.

I hope that they fix only the bugs, nothing more, nothing less.


The problem with the argument for C4 chucking is that gimps are going to abuse it like they were before the patch, using it in a manner that was not intended.


I see plenty of pilots finding ways around the currnet AA and having good results, I dont think anything should be changed with regard to it.

The only thing 1.21 is gonna do is to fix the bugs included in the 1.2 patch.

Things like :

- The crashing of servers on the 2 SF maps.
- The sound issues.
- The CTD issues.
- And maybe some other stuff.

They wont change anything about the AA or support kit or any of the other new stuff. Those arent bugs they are features.

I just just hope they fix the sound issue cause that is really annoying me. I love the new patch and dont want anything to change. Just the bugs offcourse

I think a good patch would be to let the server admins set the srvr up for squads only.  Untill you join a squad you can't spawn.

How about fix the USB Mics so that they work again.  Ever since Patch 1.12 mine no longer works.  I even reinstalled the game and finally realized that it was the 1.12 patch that keeps muting my mic.  (And to the proverbial smart-asses, yes I have gone through every sound setup, updated drivers, etc.)  And EA Tech support is useless.
