Yep, I have the same issues.  Gotta love it, a patch to fix the patch that wasn't broken, and now another patch to fix the last one!

Got the same problem since patch 1.21. Everything was fine before. No lag, no high pings, no connection problems.

Same here used to run smoothly, after 1.21 patch laggy and high ping and kicked often for high ping.

Some nights it will take me an extra 10-15 minutes to get into a server, because as soon as I jump into one, I get the boot for high ping. Once I get kicked after playing for quite a long round, was in fourth place and got kicked for having an average ping of 104!!! I mean, holy crap dude... what kind of crap is that?.... Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that ever since the two patches, my ping has been all over the place. Usually higher than lower. My BF2 buddy plays over a wireles router and still gets a better ping than my direct connect cable connection! {sigh}
