Basic Commander = Find server with balanced teams, work it so you have a longer than usual game (ie. Your team is capturing the last flag so you let the enemy swiming across to the other side make it to his objective and take the flag. Continue the game.) and make sure your team wins with lots of points. ( the other team will have lots of points as well so everyone is happy)

I have 01:44:44 commander time overall and 139 pts total. I managed to get the Basic on my 2nd/3rd attempt using this.

edit: ps. sniper is a good kit for this on the right map.
