Well it's definately foolish. It's akin to banning everyone who picks a sniper class on Karkand and sits in the hills or rooftops. Doesn't happen, cause there's a ton of them (I've done it a few times...been a sniper on Karkand, that is, not boot them) but it's the same deal.

You can probably interpret this rule differently, but for me it says you cant restrict the usage of any item from a kit.1.6 Server administrators may not explicitly or implicitly (by actions) enforce restrictions on roles or kits that players can use while on your server.
