I finally got all of the parts that I ordered off of newegg and spent all afternoon putting together my new PC.

I just finished testing BF2 with it, and IT FUCKING KICKS ASS. Thank you to anyone who helped my pick out parts and such

Fooking nice one!! I did have them all maxed but for some reason I kept being thrown out of servers for having too high a ping...now im not too great with PC's but surely the graphics card on highest can't slow the the connection.

I have a 2 meg connection as well and when I play BF2 I turn all other applications off...very weird and annoying!

A new 7800GTX is between 800 - 1200 $AUD.

smooth as silk my friend and if you've got the ram to support it (I like my 2 gigs ), it is the best darn thing money can buy for a gamer. i'd recommend the 7800 GT to anyone.
