Today i got realy pissed at Iota-bass and ShootAPickle
https://img461.imageshack.us/img461/2406/choptkers2qc.th.jpg
Why?  FOr tking for a chopper and and doing it in a way that they didn't even got anny negatif point or a posebilaty to punish them.
HOW ?
They just both wait allong with the others for that chopper the spawn and try to get a least one of them in the chopper if he'S in the shooting seat he just sits theire doing nothing waiting till you leave.
IF he one of them gets in the pilot seat and you ass a gunner he just fly'S toward the edge of the map with you in the kill zone and just outside it he waits till it kills you and then goes and pick up his mate.

NOW that SH**T realy angers me he tk'S me and he doesn't even get a damm -8

I had that happen to me once and I switched teams and made it a mission to down that attack chopper at all costs.  On Sharqi, I camped a Vodnik at the edge of the road East of the Hotel.  I just shot at the chopper when it spawned and kept getting kills.  When they spawned as a sniper and shot me out, I would respawn and get in the AA and shoot them down.  I was throwing off their game as I kept their Cobra and them destroyed as soon as possible, and I kept trash talking them after every kill.

"Regret putting me out of bounds? No? ok."
"How about now?"

The USMC was losing badly at this point and those two smacktards left the server before the round ended.  I felt very vindicated.

I love nothing more than a skilled gunner who is accurate with both the chaingun and tv missle.  However, more often than not I'll fly in on a target, just get it into view and go in a hover,  line the gunner up with a perfect shot and nothing.  Next thing I know BOOM we go down in a fire ball because he was more worried about trying to kill the tank with the chaingun.

So I often fly to allow myself rocket shots until the gunner proves that he knows how the use the tv missle and from that point on I'll give him straight steady shots.  Also most gunners don't use the Q = Enemy Spotted botton but if they do I'm all over it.

The best strat for everyone who likes to fly/gun is simply this.  If your the pilot create a squad even if this means leaving your current squad.  If your the gunner join the pilots squad even if it means leaving your current squad.  So what you may give up top squad honors but the ability to converse using VOIP is worth it.  Now the pilot and gunner can talk to each other and explain exactly where targets are.

As far as the tk'n with chopper in dead zone, been victim to it but was able to return the favor same round.  Only difference was he tried to have me kicked/banned and I just laughed when he did it to me.

I have never had that happen to me, but it would piss me off too.  Guess I have been lucky, most of my gunners have always been top notch, then again they are usually my clan members too.

Look, wouldn't it make things better, if instead of killing your gunner, you took a few seconds to type out "WHATEVER101, join ECHO squad if your going to gun" - then, if he is new, you can help coach him in using the TV missle, spotting enemys, and so on using the VOIP.  If he's not new to gunning, then you've got better potential by having communications.  Anything is better then TeamKilling.  Don't be an ass, help others learn to benefit you.

It is really no use with some people. I could fly very well, and if you look at my K/D ratio for the heli I wasn;t worried about getting the kills myself. I was and always will be 100% about giving the gunner a shot. But ther are so many morons around that can't understand that they aren't going to kill a tank with the chain gun or that it's not a good idea to alert the enemy chopper thats 400m away that we are follwing him. I've almost compltely stopped flying because of this, and with the new patch you really need a gunner that can gun. The only time I fly now is when I have a friend to gun for me that I know can gun well.

Eye for an Eye is what I say...

I'm not advocating TK'ing but I make sure to get them (intentional TK'ers) back... any way I can..   Claymore, C4, snipe out of chopper... just to show them they don't own the game / server / world.

Adam, I feel ya.  I tried to teach a new guy to "gun" yesterday.  It was painful.  I even had him fly so I could use the TV rocket, to show him how useful it is.  He flipped the helo and crashed us.  Even so.  I think it's better to help others learn.

As for intentional TK'ers.  I always get them back.  If someone Tk's me for the cobra.  They can forget about using it for the rest of the round (or until I get kicked ).  I'll toss flashbangs, smoke, C4 the pad, snipe, and just make the game suck for them.  Cause that can be fun too.

so thats a gay action!
i meant it overall not specialy u sry!

and 4 flyinlow:
theres something in this game eum i think its called "singleplayer"!
newcomers should spent 2-3 hours there to get the basics and not overroll servers with nubaction!

in my mind every player should do a pilot tutorial in singleplayer with a test @ the end!
when hes done with it he would be able to fly! (like americas army) :>

I sometimes understand this action of tk'ing. I'm a really good, kill jets as the pilot, kinda pilot and there's nothing I hate more than a stupid gunner who does not know the function of the tv missle. If I have a noob gunner with me I say they deserve it. I'm not going to teach you how to gun or fly. Find a friend who doesn't mind teaching you or practice single player, which is what I did. I don't need you to be able to tv another chopper(although it's not very hard) but at least tv a stationary tank please. I always give my gunner a chance and if he sucks I say"Ok, edge of map time for you."

Some of this may seem like I'm speaking out of the side of my mouth (which I probably am, but), first and foremost, Vengeance is right about this being old.  Secondly, Fubar/fox, never expect to get in a vehicle when you're not in a squad and fully co-operating.  And, no, shooting everything you see isn't co-operating because you can't see everything.  Thirdly, if you agree with the stereotype that pilots are too sucky to have gunners, expand your "playground" to less commonly played maps than Wake (yes, I do realize this is controversial because I play Karkand so much, but I'm starting to move out of my shell now that playing on the ground of a map with airpower isn't like hitting your head against a brick wall.)  Fourthly, people who teamkill for vengeance are just as bad as the people who started it.  And just as likely to get kicked (I learned that one the hard way )

I've gotten to the point that I will only fly with someone I know who is a good pilot.  I'm so sick and tired of being killed by unskilled pilots or jerks who fly to the edge of the map to get you killed because they want to the chopper to themselves.  All they really do is hurt the team by their selfishness.  My K/D ratio sucks in the helo.  Why?  Because a lot of my deaths are in the blackhawk as an engineer repairing the thing.  In the attack helo, it's actually better than 1 to 1.  I'm still learning how to line up the gunner for a missle shot.  The last 2 rounds I had in the chopper were with people who I know can fly and who I was on teamspeak with.  They would turn the chopper if I noticed an enemy just outside of the turning radius of the chain gun or the tv missle.  The last round in the helo I played I was like 20 and 2 in the chopper thanks to my pilot.

I've gotten flashed for the 2 seat jet before too.  If that had been the helo, the flasher would have been flown to the edge of the map for the suicide, because the pilot and I were working together on teamspeak.  I wasn't flashed once, I was flashed everytime they got shot down.   While my friend was flying, I got in a tank and kicked the enemy's butt until they killed me.

I'm pretty sure Blackhawks stats get filed under Transport.

Anybody know for sure?
