To be honest, i think it is completely fair. I dont know about you guys, but i don't really want to be on a map with 15 Generals running around. Also, I'm kind of suprised that EA even put the ranks of General in the game. I mean, how many Generals do you hear about in today's army (or even armies back to the civil war) running around guns-a-blazin. I havent looked at the requirements, but if it really takes that much to be a Brigider General I can't immagine what it would take to be a Major or Leutenint General.
