I find myself expressing this sentiment over and over in this game. I love the game, but it just seems like there's nothing more frustrating than getting shot or killed by someone and NOT being able to tell where it's coming from. Sure they have the directional arrows, but they don't seem to help at all. Muzzle flashes should be a dead giveaway, but they seem to be nonexistant half the time. Can't they at least reveal the locotation of the killer once you're already dead? Man this is annoying sometimes.

i do not like that idea, then you can just respawn and take revenge... its to easy.
Use your ears. This helps a lot. But since 1.2 there are no shooting sounds/animations/muzzleflashes quite often. I dont like the death-cam.
i totally agree with you on that one, but :asbestos_c wrote:

so what should we do? me,i just grit my teeth, re-suit and go hunting!
Deathcam = no skill/fun
If you're pissed that I killed you, come find me.

I once got knifed on Sharqi while capping the flag with my squad leader in the same room (second floor of the 7 story tall US base). No one came into the room (my squad leader lived and I respawned off of him), but yet it clearly stated that I died with a knife.
I was facing the stair entrance, and my squad leader was watching the ladder/balcony entrance. I was up against a wall so I suppose they may have glitched themselves into the wall somehow, but I guess my point is that a deathcam would be helpful to determine whether someone is cheating. Besides you should be sniping and moving...use the fact that they will be looking for you in your old location to kill them again <insert evil laugh>

The main issue is sound. I don't like these silent PKMs of L96A whatevers. Its REALLY annoying to get pinned down and have NO sound.
1.2, for as good as the gameplay improvements are---is BUGGY AS HELL.

For me it's a way to improve skill. OK, you nailed me, fine, but from where and how can I improve to avoid that in the future? It's about improving the game experience & enjoyment.
