He will not get Major General. Other two are possible.
He has the most experts and what not, he probably is going to be the first to get it. However, it won't be for several MONTHS.

Yeap, haven't played on EA Official for a while. (Played mostly Karkand or Sharqi).
He still needs a lot of time in a tank.
He will not get it first. check Sgt Max Powers he is like number 11 or 12 in top 15 he only needs like 300 hours left on everything before he will become 4 star. Your little friend here needs like 500 hours. Sorry bud do the math before you put your foot in your mouth.
Well, I worry that people who have more points than are required will not get the rank when they finally meet the badge requirements. Like First Sergeant and Sergeant Major, you don't get the rank once you get the badges, you have to have the badges before you cross the point threshold.
Of course, this means that EA/Dice will have to manually promote people to Lt. General when they finally get their expert badges: because I don't think anyone will have all the experts before 180,000 points.

He is missing the awards: Expert Armor Badge, Expert Transport Badge, Expert Air Defense Badge, Expert Ground Defense Badge.

they messed up the way you should rank up. brig gen should be when you get all gold on your weapons, leave major general at 200,000, and make lieutenant general or general the vehicle badges on gold

i have BR 406 just on a 10v10 sharqi as infantry...
I know that it was possible before 1.03 patch. But you also know that EA reseted a lot of accounts in the past, which had a high BR score.
