C4 should make tanks and vehicles explode ONLY if sticked to them. Jihad crap can kill infantry, ok, but not vehicles. Amen.

I play armor all the time and personally I don't have a problem with Jihad tactics. As long as you are aware of your surroundings and don't sit or pass too near to the corner of a structure where your visibility is limited it's actually fairly easy to take out jihad vehicles. The Vodniks take a little more work than Humvees because you have to pepper them with your machine gun before taking a well placed shot from the main cannon. The LAV is actually the best armor vehicle though if you are consistently being attacked by jihad assaults. One missile will stop them dead in their tracks, even if they are in a Vodnik.
I was actually Jihad'ed by another tank once. It was on Sharqi. I really pissed off the other team's tank driver because I killed him about 10 times in tank-to-tank battles, twice when he had an allied LAV to back him up. Anyway, I think he figured that if he put C4 on his tank and drove straight for me that he could get in range before I got my second shot off. It was hilarious. He didn't even bother firing a shot at me. He just drove straight for me until he got in ramming distance then bailed and detonated the tank killing us both. I actually felt honored that he was so pissed that he had to resort to this tactic. I definitely didn't expect it and was surprised when it happened, but it cracked me up.

I miss being able to stick c4 on infantry like in the demo.

I got my basic ordinance in about 5 minutes on Leviathan with an ATV... Only died about 4 times doing it .

I got my Basic explosives with all claymores, before 1.2, but I would still say tha jihad jeping is a valid tactic.

They need skill to get past my main gun if I'm in the tank, I usually kill them 9/10 times.
i dont think its a problem, i personally dont use tanks or apcs often but when i do i rarely have someone do that and if i do, oh well, they die too. i wish that i could stick C4 to myself bwhahha, now that would be fun.
I don't make a day of it or anything like that; I will use c4 on anything that rolls if it is needed. This works great for taking out the large groups of rolling repair shops disguised as armor

I dont have a problem with it; neither do I have/had issues with bunny hoppers or noob tubers. They can be a pain, yes, but you have the same potential to do the same to them.
That said, I wouldnt doubt that EA would somehow kill this tactic. Theyre doing the exact same thing to this game that most MMOs experience: removing human ingenuity. People are always looking for easier, more effective ways of doing things, but when that occurs in games, they call it exploiting. Thus, the few that complain because they are unable to adapt, get their way, as the developers begin to fight and resist the gamers attempts to devise such techniques... the exact opposite of nature.

sure I adapt to those assholes who can't get their badges like men. the point is, c4 should be sticked to the armor, it's just like those c4 tossers before the patch... not realistic.

being in a tank shouldnt give you a 5:1 k/d ratio..... suicide bombers even it up

B) if you want to get all technical then the Driver/Rider would survive anything short of another tank or a10 gunship.
C) the tank would be trash and it would be really gay if you could just jump from vehicle to vehicle all of them being destroyed and just crawling out of the rubble. if the tanks dead then youre dead.... its a game.
Yeah sure, all that C4 detonating 2 inches away from the tank will keep the driver alive, i mean after all C4 really isn't so strong
