Or is it just like it... Japanese people can say "jap" but others can't?

haha jap is short for japanese, nigger is not short for african american.

I'm Chinese, Jewish, and adopted.  Which makes me 1/2 Chinese, a target for religious jokes, and really confused all in one nifty label.  So Sumi.
