Expert knife was easy took me 1 round to get it when i tried. 24/7 karkand. 64 player thats where i got mine
it wasnt to hard i mean i guess i am just Uber i like getting enemies with shockpaddles more though XD

yeah its not hard to do, sneak around the spawn points, wait for them to respawn and start to run off, and run behind them, or run in during a tank or apc attack and watch all the little AT guys line up and not see who is coming from behind. i got 30 odd kills in a round with the knife, cos i wasnt paying attention when i got the badge, and so i kept trying, and nearly cried at the end of the round cos i belived i didnt have it, till i looked later.

Just get into a Karkand 64 player server, hope that there is the standard stand off at the bridge when half of the enemy team (and yours ass wel) is getting a sniper rifle. when i saw that it took me 5 minutes to get the badge.
THEN the server crashed, my ribbon was lost and i had to do it again... that kinda pissed me off, but i got it again. No sweat, you'll get it, just dont try it in Dragon Valley or a big ass map like that.

If you do it like that, you wont have to be a lame spawnkiller like kontrolcrimson

Got mine first (serious) try. On Shaq P, I had 17 knife kills with 4 tickets left in the round, and i thought all was lost when i spawned and saw 2 MEC runnning to take the frontline US outpost, i jumped over the sandbag and knifed them both... *drumroll*

its the only expert badge i have. i got it in an infantry only jalalabad map.... you go the right side of the map when you are pushing the US in their base... i would just run in and while all the people spammed granades, i stabbed 2 or 3.. get killed. i did this many times and boom i got it!!

usually those granade spammers and medics dont have their weapons out......

Well, I've got mine ages ago...even before IO. One day I just decided to get both knife and pistol gold badges so I logged into 24/7 Karkand and got it in 3 or 4 rounds. Got knife on first attempt, pistol was harder. I've even got 2142's knife gold legaly - Cerbere Landing is best place to do it. Trust me, BF2's knife badge is not that hard - BF2 knife is uber, compared to 2142 knife...

I barely get any knife kills. Usually when I'm that close, I shoot them and move on without wasting time. Unloaded an entire Jackhammer into a guy earlier for trying to C4 me.
Also, my statpage says there's no IAR requirement for vet and expert. Huh?

'Course, now I just have to find me an empty Wake server so I can learn to fly and get the basic Aviator badge. Got my chopper one lurching about in the aircow.
Need a bunch of pistol kills, too.
