Cains Lair server caters to n00bs

I was on Cains Lair server, and once i joined, map was set to wake. I am waiting for the jet to spawn and it so happens i get it first. Some dumb little shit fires GL at my plane because I "stole his jet". This just pisses me off, but what made it worst was that i got owned by an incoming J-10. Anyways, I told admins about him and they did nothing so i just handles the situation myself. I spawned on the ship with an m249 and started tking everyone on the platform, in which i then got banned.

if you want n00bs firing gl at you because you "stole their plane", then join Cains Lair server. Otherwise, don't.

Ok......so let me get this straight. You spawn into a game, and you immediately go for a jet that someone else has probably been using for a while now.......you take it, which obviously pisses them off........they fire a grenade at you.......they DON'T even kill you..........the ENEMY kills you....you tell the admin who does nothing because they probably didn't see it happen, and you didn't even get TKed.......so YOU spawn back in, and start TKing everyone......and then you get kicked.

It sounds to me like this server DID kick an idiot "n00b" (I really hate that word, espeically when people spell it like that).

I've never heard of, and/or played on this server........but good job Cains Lair!

Sooo... one person fires one GL round at you not killing you... Your plane would have repaired on takeoff if you wernt shot down by the other plane... So that gives you the rite to kill everybody that you possibly can on your team? Because one person shot a GL round at you??? Sounds to me like the admins did their job well enough.

Cains Lair has been on my favs in the short time I have played this game. I always enjoy playing there and have never had any problems--but that's just me.

Just hate to hear a good server getting called-out for an isolated and unwarranted incident.

its what i would have done
u should have used the defense system thing with the explosive bullets tho it works better and u can kill friendly planes as they come in

i played on that server for a bit...then out of nowhere all these fags started TKing for vehicles and sh*t. the admins are totall inept on that server.

it gets to the point where you wait 3 jet spawns and ppl still TK you after they just crashed.

as you did i got my own retribution and Tked the bastard. but that server licks balls pretty hard now.

i wont TK someone if they only get me once. but if they intentionally TK me more than twice then i hunt them down. but i dont TK others. just the Tker.

what are you talking about? Cainslair is one of online gaming best's managed servers in my opinion.It is also one of the hardest server to get in into since its ALWAYS full.
So I guess people always join that server to get GLed by "n00bs" eh?

I play on this server regularly and have had no problems. Albeit I mostly ground-pound on this server, but I don't recall ever getting intentionally TKed.

Now, if you want to talk about getting kicked for being the first on a vehicle that an admin wants, well, let's talk about that "dream"-what'his name server. Or reseting the map because our team has taken two flags and on the way to get the airbase on wake before the Chinese can get a proper force in play, because I happen to get pass the "verifying client data" in a few seconds, by getting to the island as USMC before even any other player gets on game...

Yep, sounds like to me they did their job. The TK'ing is what got you banned.

As far as one guy whoring a jet a whole round, yea it happens. I know how someone would get pissed after having a round going pretty good in a jet, then some asshat jumps in the jet ahead of you. Unfortinatly, he prabably didnt know you've been running the jet the whole round and prabably doesnt care, its just the downside to a public server, live with it. Theres nothing you can do about it.

I get pissed when I run a tank for most of a round, racking up a damn good score, then some asshat gets it. Just like i said before, nothing you can do but kill the fucker.

As for Cains Lair, its one of the best servers out there. Sure the admins are a little slow to respond to asshats but thats why they have a forum where you can report them to. this is the first time i have tked anyone on purpose, so if you think i always tk people you can suck my cock

yes, i have lots of patience for n00bs and vehicle whores, but i only had enough time for 1 round and that was the round. anyways i brought my score back up after having -39 points subtracted from it on a better server where people didnt tk for vehicles or destroyed friendly vehicles.

Aside from my tk's today, the rest were unintentional.

Every server out there gets problem players and spoiled brats.

The best servers don't let them stay around for long.

Cain's Admins work hard trying to keep the Asshat population as low as possible. One person (who we do not know) making one complaint is not sufficient reason to kick a player out of the server.

Why would an admin take the unsubstantiated word of a player (we do not know) who wasn't even TK'ed? Once alerted the Admins would have watched the player in question, to see if he did it again or was doing it to other players. Did you give the Admins a chance to do this before you went on a Teamkilling rampage, affecting many other players who had nothing to do with the original incident ??? Obviously not. You don't even have the lame excuse of "I TK'd because this guy TK'd me first" in this situation. Anyone who enjoys good team play and likes games with friendly folks who enjoy good times is welcome to play on Cain's Lair. Anyone who deliberately breaks our server's rules (listed in our MOTD) will be dealt with appropriately.

Cain (and his Admins - all handpicked by Cain himself) work very hard to run great servers and it shows by how they busy they are, and the number of repeat players they attract. Cain's crowd must be doing something right !! As I said all are welcome to come play and see if we are a fun server or not.
