Ok, so pretty much here's what happened.
Today I went into this 24/7 City map server. It was on Sharqi, and I had been on the crane sniping, and I'll admit it was probably one of the best sniping runs I've done to this point. I was about 30 and 6, and I was doing pretty good. I was also running around from building to building, and ended killing the same squad 1 or 2 times. I kept killing this member of the clan that owned the server, it was pretty funny. Then, during the next round, I killed him while he was jumping up and down, I don't know if he was just goofing around or bunny hopping, and it was at a pretty far distance (from the building to the east of the contruction site to the building west of the hotel flag). Then he says to me, why don't you try using stock weapons, because using the L96A1 takes no skill, and that "he would be impressed" if I could still kill him with an SVD. So I pretty much said, this is a ranked server, you can't come into a ranked server and bitch about unlocks, and I told him that he should play at unranked servers if he doesn't like getting killed by the L96. I told him that I could still kill him with an SVD, and that this is a video game and he should get a life. Then I say, "Go to hell".
Naturally, I got kicked, kicked by the player I had killed so many times. I was asking for it. But my main problem is how smacktards like this guy get to be admins on "official" ranked servers, then complain to players that are killing them with unlocks. I don't know if this is a valid reason to complain on the BF2 ranked servers forums. EA/whoever should really spend more time picking ranked server admins.
