I have the basic one, and over 50 hours use + plenty enough Driver Special Ability points, so all I need for Veteran Transport Badge is the 5 road kills in one round.

I have killed peeps in all sorts of ways using transport, but i don't get the badge.


So now I'm starting to wonder what is considered a road kill in BF2. I thought it was the common everyday road kill that we're used to in real life, but.....   


Anyone have some usefull info for me ?

Road kill can happen 2 ways i belive. You set a vehicle on fire and the guy bails out as it blows up but doesnt get far enough away and die.

Or you bump bump him as you speed by full speed and make a mess of him all over the road =p

That's what I thought, but I've jumped bones with a jeep atleast 10 times in one round allready...   so I think this is strange.

Ahh i jsut remember a thread where jet pilots where talkign about getting road kills from people bailing out.

THe former is correct too If you drive into a wall, bail and the vehicle blows killing someone = roadkill

roadkills r so easy
go on wake and cap one of the flags on the island besides the airbase
then take a dpv and drive over the plane campers
i got 3 kills in 1 second doing that

yeah wake island is to me the best map to get roadkills. the flags are close of each others and the airfield is a HUGE open space, enough to drive around without getting stuck in a wall. and theres ALWAYS poeple waiting for the chopper and the jets. u should get it pretty easily

use a dune buggy, they are fast and easy to drive and small. so a harder target for tanks.

Okay, I have tested this out about running people over with the various vehicles and it states that I killed them with LAV, Vodnik, etc.  I also had someone shoot my vehicle up while I was beside it and it said they killed me with that vehicle that was blown up.  So again, original question, how do you get road kills for the transport badge?
