no, that's definitely not right. he seems to have the badges and ribbons, but then if you check the requirements for them, he doesn't even have them! like the war college ribbon. he doesn't have the required commander time, but apparently he has the ribbon. who knows how he did it.

It's wierd though that the badges always show up on these RESET accounts?
His stats were reset by EA around 20-January, 2006. They don't take your badges or ribbons back, so yes it is correct.
