1.21 bugs

Sadly, patch 1.21 have new bugs. I was playng on a 24 (16) server on Karkhand and was part of a squad. But my squad is of 7 ( !!! ) players and I can't respawn on my squadleader, and I can't leave the squad. BTW in the same server I killed myself just trowing ammo packs around the hotel flag as MEC. I'm sure, I just trow ammo packs. No bombs or enemy fire. DoH!
Any of you see similar things or I'm only crazy?

YES! I've accidentally killed myself with C4 several times by throwing the last sachel and it just blows up. It happens on some servers more than others. I thought it was just my sloppy play but now????...
