open your english.utxt localiztaion file and scroll down a bit

if your talking about the laserpainted part,
then the prob lies with you as thats the term used when a laser beam is illuminating a target.

as when seen through the correct instrument the designated object lights right up almost as if the thing has been painted a different colour.
