shame there arent that many jets on EA's version
well it seems that dice modeled the carrier in the game from this exact ship. In game it even has the giant 2 on the side.....

Your kidding me right??? This is about as scary as the post regarding "Wake Island" being a "real" place. People the game is based upon real places, machinery and such. I guess it's time for government to actually place more money into education enstead of defense, lol. On second thought, I'll take the defense. A couple more billion please, I'm still waiting for that light-saber for close quarter infantry combat, lol.

I can understand this one if you never watch the news, but the Wake Island one just blew my mind. Its not like World War fucking Two was a small war or anything.
Yeah, in today's world, you' d think that SEARCHING something on the internet prior to stating something this obvious would take place more often, lessening the hard cases of "Foot to mouth" syndrome, lol. the difference between the essex gun in bf2 and the essex guns on the real ship is the real ships guns are computer controlled and to my knowledghe any enemy plane thus far since their inception as been shot down if it was in the range of the essex guns. hell they are fully automated and computer the exact firing angle for the path of the jet
