BF2S Forums Currently MSG, but I have all the req's for MGS or Sergeant Major

Congrats on the Promotion Sergeant Major Jibbles!  I had the same problem yesterday. I had the day off so I went to this sweet computer/ gaming store that has awesome PC's with 7800GTX cards 2 gig machine's with all video settings on ultra realistic (4). I only needed like 980 points to rank up. I checked BFHQ and I was at 50033 at one point, still no star in the middle of my chevrons and rockers. OK, I went home chilled out, ate dinner yada, yada, yada, and got on one of my favorite servers. Got in the Z-10 with this Captain and increased my Killing Spree from 39 to 51. I killed 63 guys that round. I knew I was going to hear those drums a rollin' soon. Checked BFHQ again; Global score 50,220, still nothing. Between those scores i completely quit the game and restarted three time, thinking that would tell the good EA servers'"Hello, I'm an E-9 now, pin on the new Chevrons, I earned them!" Nothing. I played over 6 hours, knowing I was going to finally get there. I went to bed bout 2 AM. I logged in today, spawned in got killed three times in a row, I was like shite, come on Teflon, aim and kill those PLA suckers. I threw out a supply bag, and a few seconds later " you received a resupply point--- Congrats Promoted to SGT MAJ. It will happen, hang in there, your in the SGT MAJ Club now my friend.
