I have no idea what your asking, but I'm guessing your asking about downloading programs to run servers.

Yes, you can download teamspeak servers, ventrilo servers, BF2 servers (although they won't be ranked) and other things.

Getting it set up and running well on your home computer is another thing. Also, running a game server on your home comp is near impossible, because I doubt you have 100 mb/s upload on your home internet line.\

But I've run BF2 servers with 5-6 people (my RAM is what limits me from there on, I think I could get 8-10 when I get more RAM), teamspeak servers with 10-15 and ventrilo servers with the same ammount.

the download you are speaking of is for UNRANKED servers only.
the teamspeak download is a server but you need to have enough outgoing BW to be able to handle running a TS server , hence needing to go to a HOST and having to pay for it.
you can get ts servers for as low as 3 buks a month so...
