Hi Folks,

a noob question indeed, but I´ve asked myself what happens to the points and the time during a round when I´m only showed as private in the stats?! Yesterday I´ve played a server and only had the rank of private, and none of my unlocks. While gaming I´ve reached all basic-awards (for normal infantry) again and got more than 600 points (the whole evening for shure) on this server, so I´ve got promoted to private first class too.

How does EA/Dice handle this?! Would this time played and the points be added to my "normal" stats? On the other side, I connected more than once to this server yesterday, even after a systemfreeze and restart, but everytime I only was ranked as private... Hm?! Any ideas?

ehm, sry, dont understand this?! I´m already first sgt. but the server only showed me as private and I havent had my unlocks... So I dont know what happens with my points and time.

Your pts will show up.  It should only take a day or so.  Usually when you show up as private with no unlocks you need to restart the game to correct that.  Its some sort of bug.  It has happened to me twice in almost 2000 rounds.

Happens (too) many times, but usually if you disconnect and join the server again you get your weapons (even if you are still shown as private). Better than nothing
And, if you don't want to be commander, this can be really funny, own everyone, get gold or silver and laugh about the others owned by a "n00b"

Yes it is indeed... I got three gold an one silver and some people called my a hax0r already

strangley I´ve reconnected the server more than once, even after a system crash and totally reboot, but I was shown as private the whole evening. After my third reconnect I´ve got my unlocks but not my rank. Funny thing, I got all my basic-badges again and even was promoted Screenie
