Alright before anything yes I did use the search and I couldn't find anything.
I was playing on a Karkand server with some of my clan mates and was using armor a whole lot and I got this baby:

Now I've never gotten this ribbon ever in my time playing (I've made new accounts) and I was excited until it didn't show up in my stats. I thought "Maybe just EA's servers being lagged." It was Saturday and sometimes this happens when its really busy night. Wake up the next day log on and its not there. Anyone have this happen to them and if so what should I do?
