I've noticed lately that when enemies with the support kit dive to hit the ground, the gun is facing to the side as they go to hit the ground but it's firing and I'm dead before it's even facing me. <_< anyone know what the beef with that is? I noticed this in Patch 1.21 and it's still there in Patch 1.22....

I have had issues something like this. A guy was half way off a building, and was not looking down at me but killed me with the PKM. I think this is an issue with lag, or just the way the game renders the other players for you.
it just an animation, on the enemy's screen his crosshairs are on you.
heh, leave the poor PKM alone, it's been through enough.
