Whats the trick guys? I can't bomb with a dang plane. I've tried everything everyone has told me and still can't get it. To date i've only got 1 kill with bombs from a plane and that was complete by luck. I just droped them in the middle of a field just for fun.
I let the bombs go really early and get kills.Just try to undershoot and might improve.Or you could dive bomb.
im awful in the plane aswell, i just dont get it at all. and then i see some guys dive bombing/dive shooting dropping bombs exactly on target etc - its mad
Practice my friend, do some rounds in single player - Cleansweap is great for bombpractice.

well, i'm not that good at flying either...i fly copters and let my gunner rack up points either way, there was this J-10 whore on wake yesterday, killed me 10 times+, made me freakin mad...then we took their airfield and i raped his ass on the ground 10 times+...only said to him one thing "not that tough on the groung eh?" i guess we are good at different things...
I did'nt know single player had any planes at all? I mean are'nt they all 16 player maps?

What I never understand is the damn jet laser guided missile...
I never ever hit anything with it nor do I know how it works.... and almost every kill i get in a tank is by one of those.

cleansweep sux at practice...tell ya why...you can bomb blindfolded with a carpet bomber...its better to learn to bomb with a fighter...there was a video here around how to bomb with different jets...check it out...Varegg wrote:

i have a problem with avoiding stationary AA / out manouvering other jets. no matter how tight turns i make, they always seem to track me down...

@skuko: its almost impossible to escape a J-10 these days, i wouldn't judge my flight skills on that... Though I enjoy trying to challenge every J-10 to improve my dogfighting skills (its bad for your K/D ratio, but fun ;-))
@brizzer: Try to "overshoot" your target a little bit as you are going steep down in a fighter, remember that the bombs will move slower than your plane, works for me. In a bomber it should be no problem, just drop the bombs when you are over the target - you wont have to aim these things are really weapons of mass destruction...

it takes a lot of practice, your best bet would be to load up single player on Oparation Clean Sweep, stick it on easy and just fly around trying to bomb stuff. it's always good aswell to have your rear view set up on a key too, so once you drop your bombs, switch to rear view and pull up so you can see if you're targeting the right spot. personally i have rear view and cockpit view set up on the two side buttons on my mouse, and climb set on space.Brizzzer wrote:
