with regards to #8 on your list... you're joking right???

Nobody with less than 1.00 K/D ratio with a sniper rifle should ever... ever... ever say anything like that. You're quite bad at it, so ease up on the bravado.

you have 43% accuract and a K/D of 0.8 with a sniper rifle, why don't you leave the "guide writing" to someone who is qualified.

Dude, we don't even have to make fun of you.  You just did it yourself.  I'm not an asshole, but if you're going to make a guide, you have to put more than 5 minutes into it if you want people to respect it.

1:  So THATS what I'm doing wrong....   I've been going into buildings and facing walls.... 
2: I find foot shots much nore entertaining
3: No..  Shoot them in the head now......   
4:Dont lie down in Water either...  Very hard to shoot
5: Why do you need to be in a squad to spot?  I generally just run up into the battle and M95 people from 10-15 feet.....    The whole distance thing is hard.
6: Better yet.  Shoot him....  If you go hide somewhere your a pus.  Plus, theres very few hiding spots when your up ona hill sniping...
7: Now thats a OK tip.....   Dot think I'd go there...  But hey..

How does a topic go from being a sniper guide to "my country is better than your country!"  ?

I'll lay it out front and not be a self-concerned jackass : I am NOT the best sniper in the game, and I am NOT close to becoming the best in the near future. What I DO know is this :

1. Movement is necessary if there is an enemy sniper that has tagged you or you have tagged him - chances are, he knows where you "live."

2. If hiding in a building (i.e. Sharqi Pen Construction Site), do NOT stand right next to a door / window, it's obvious, and those stading laterally down the street can often see your arm/gun sticking out. Through experience (albeit limited, but not noobish), stand a foot or so back and look out the sides (to the left or right) of the opening. It works much, MUCH better than being the AverageNoob and standing on a ledge with 1/2 of your "body" hanging out, waiting to absorb that shiny little brass thingy.

3. Do NOT go on the roof of a building next to a spawn - it is painfully obvoius to even the mediocre sniper. Go to a roof caddycorner to a spawn and wedge yourself between a box and those roof light things.

4. Don't ever go to the highest point of a bldg, it naturally draws attention to all those below you.

5. I advise claying the your hide, but don't put it on top of the ladder - it's obvious to the enemy that somebody's up there, leaving your vulneranble to arty/ M203 / GP-25, nade, etc etc. Try to find a discreet are such as a plant that's next to a ladder, or out of site, so when they get on the roof and walk a few feet, they get blasted from an area they couldn't see while climbing.

6. Use common sense! This is probably the most important point. If there is a squad running towards you, that doesn't know you're there either:

     (a) Tag the last man in line so the others don't see a body fall, or
     (b) Plant a clay in an obvious pathway to tag the first 2, then pick off the medic, and RUN AWAY. Find another tree, go prone, and tag another.
     (c) Go rambo, get out your knife, and run at them

7. Follow both A and B and you're sure to get a few kills. Follow C and you're sure to be labelled a dumbass

8. If you tag a soldier, and he's with another person, wait and see if he respawns next to that person. This means that individual is a squad leader (SL), and you can rack up loads of kills by killing the same person over and over. On the flip side, if they are rushing you, pick off the SL first so as to limit baddies / chances of you dying.

9. Don't assume you are going to outsniper anybody, anytime! Just because you might be the best doesn't mean you're invincible!
