Is P90 better than DAO-12... and\or SCAR-L better than G36C?

well you might already know this but b4 u get the SF unlock or the EU unlock you have to unlock the regular one. so if u have G36C and the DAO-12 get the SCAR-L the P90 is terrible i made a mistake by wasting that as an unlock
uh..i have em both...but i think i'd rather go with the SCAR-L if i had a choice. the P90 is pretty crap.

Seriously, it really depends. I personally don't like the SCAR-L too much because I think the G36C is just so much more accurate un-zoomed. However, I'm fine with the iron sights, so if you would rather have a red dot scope for spec-ops like the m4 then SCAR-L isn't too bad. As far as teh P90 goes, I love it, but only at certain times. On Karkand I usually go with the DAO-12 especially in the alleys, but once I go to a bigger map like Daqing Oilfields then I usually go for the range of the P90. It was really bad before 1.22, and I wouldn't have reconmmended it to anyone, but now that they upped the ROF to 900 like the MP7, I love it.

i really dont know why do you say that p90 is crap. I have a negative kdr with sumbachine guns and from when i've started using the p90 it's getting better.
50 round, 900 rpm, just prone and pull the trigger till the target is dead, nothing more easy. Ok, it's for cqc or medium distance but for me it's great

DEFITINELY GET THE SCAR-L PUNISHER. Choose the weapon as per which class your play with. The Scar-L is arguably one of the best weapons in the game. Even though I don't have it, i've used it plenty, and it kicks ass!
I don't like the SCAR at all. Maybe it is my over 100 hours of using the G36C and the Chinese QBZ-97. I am just used to lining up shots with the iron sights. I don't think the SCAR is accurate at all. It sounds weak and I only unlocked it because it was an unlock.
Now the P90 is very awesome, although I like the MP7 better. I don't like how they didn't modify the sound to 900 rpm, it still sounds like it is firing off at 600 rpm. I got really good at using it pre-patch 1.22 and it only got better after the hotfix patch.

Yeah people, I picked the P90 and IT IS GREAT!!! I prefer it to DAO-12 even in close combat maps. Nice choice!

(I managed to kill even very far guys with 1 shot mode and many mid-range bursting the FULL AUTO, almost impossible things with DAO-12)

but i've USED both for a long...amount of time from another friend's account..so hah! it..yeah..kinda..um..

You could have said that you used them extensively in Special Forces because those are the default weapons for certain factions. But yeah, the awkward squirming was amusing.

SCAR-L is good but the g36c is better (less recoil, more accuracy)
Use the unlocks-testing mod (its an official mod put out by EA, but you cant play multi).

Which is better depends on your skills.
If you'd rather use AT you should go for the P90. Dont expect too much of it though, it sometimes misses all bullets at a regular distance, and it doesnt hit much at long range. Nevertheless its better than a shotgun if you don't want to rely on close combat.
The SCAR-L is praisen by some, devestated by others. It depends on the user. I prefer this gun over the G36C, even though it's only a little better in my hands. I chose this unlock first, but that may be because there was no P90 at that time. I'd still pick this gun first though.
Just pick the gun you think you use most. No gun can ever be a waste if you practice with it. Speaking of SF, why don't you unlock both of them?

just to rain on everyone, i perfer the M4 as my specops gun i hate the way the scope works on the SCAR-L, the fact that you cannot see outside of the scope like with the M4. Alsoi perfer the basic kit weapon for AT on the MEC side, unfortunately you cannot always chose what side your on so unlocks are needed if you have the 1st tier weapons i would choose the P90 as the G36C will suffice till your next unlocks coz i find the DAO 12 the second most useless unlock in the game, seconded only by the M95 that thing is gay. but this is coming from someone who hate the AT kit, the most useless in the game.
