250 000 Brigadier Gen - requires all ribbons except WCR

350 000 Maj Gen - ALL expert badges

500 000 Lt Gen - ALL awards (inc expert badges) except WCR

General given to best Lt Gen at ANY GIVEN TIME.

Not bad. Atm the gap between 1st Sgt and Sgt Major is to big in my opinion. Also I think there should be some requirements like all veteranbadges for Major.

I think the HUGE gap between First/Master and Sergeant Major/Master Gunny is intentional as it is the last rank before you gain all of your unlocks....
