after like 6 secs in a game it kicks me and sais RESTRICTION: Inadequate O/S privileges
Don't know for sure, but I think that Punkbuster tries to update itself, but it can't because your not an Administrator. Try playing BF2 on an Administrator account, or just update PB on an Administrator account. (go to http://www.evenbalance.com for details)

Thats not what anyone means, you need a Windows XP administrator account, not a limited user account. Making a new Bf2 account will solve nothing.scorps wrote:

pb_sleep 500 (this will make punkbuster do its thing every 500 seconds instead of every 20 seconds which creats most of the lag)

pb_writecfg (this will save it to you BF2 files so you dont have to type it in the game again)
