Spent last week going for my SF veteran badges. Found that for each one i had to get 1 more kill than stated. i.e. 23 kill IAR insted of 22. This was on several different SF severs. At one point i was shouting at the screen "22 kills, give me the badge, give me the badge" then the round ended. I made a strong coffee, had two smokes, had a quick grope of my wifes arse (just to annoy her!!) and went back to it and got it the next full round (23 kills). Just shows it can be done (getting the badge that is, not groping my wifes arse!).

Yeah iv'e had that a few times i missed my expert badge twice for my knife because even tho i had the time it was'nt showing on bfhq. i got mad said some choice words logged off. when i came back on 30 mins later the stats had been updated it took me 5 more trys to get my badge. Then when i got it. it didnt show up on my stats, said some more choice words and logged off again. two days later it appeard . Sometimes the server needs a few hours to update b4 you become eligable for the badge i know it sucks but keep tryin.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT.... i think i beat you all i have got my expert medic and i got a screenie of it when i got it but i havent got it yet the server i was on has updated twice since i got it so it cant be that. i think that beats you all being fucked out of a badge after you get it................
I had the same thing with veteran sniper yesterday, had to get 16 kills before I got the badge (instead of the 15 it should be); and I used sniper the whole time!
I think only one of those kills was from a vehicle too...rifles, nades, claymores and 3 pistols...

We were lanning it at the time, so saw and heard the other get the notification.
Round finished.
Badges were never granted.
Since got my basic and vet knife, but he's still pissed about that basic command.

i get the same badge every 10 seconds i log onto a new server, or the server changes maps.

Yes, they do. I got my Engineer Combat Badge (or whatever it's called specifically) that way; I know this because I only play as Engineer when I'm Commander, and when I'm Commanding I don't shoot things very often. Unless they go near my toys. Grrr!JeeSqwat wrote:
