Playing around on wake I saw something that really pissed me off.
I was behind an F-35, no flares deployed, so I shot off 3 missles (1 extra just incase) and a friendly jet flew about 20 feet to the left in the opposite direction of the enemy fighter and all 3 of my missles turned (all were within 3 feet of the enemy jet) towards my teammate, killing him.
What I propose: Once you have a lock, that lock CANNOT be disrupted by any other aerial vehicles, and a missle should NEVER go after a friendly, because you cannot lock on to friendlys on your HUD, and the missles should not try to blow up anything in the air.
They can still be fooled by flares, and the outmaneuvering of the targeted jet (if they are fooled and lose lock on the jet, they just fly on unable to self-target anything else), but behind pulled away toward a friendly from 3 feet from an enemy is complete bullshit.
DIce, you and EA bitch about not wanting to release any "incomplete" patches, but you can't take the small ammount of time to fix a big problem that you had to have seen coming.
