Why is there not one? Because it can be used as a weapon, CC like the knife (and to some, the pistol)
I know its for reviving people, but dice still made it to be used to kill people, all be it in a humourus way (who doesnt laugh when they kill/get killed via shock paddles.
It would be interesting to see the increase in people trying to shock you.
