Okay first all I am new, I got the recent patch before playing and everything was cool.  But now Im at 622 points and Im still a PFC instead of a Lance Corporal.  I SEARCHED over these forums and its been over 24hrs since I went over 500 points, and I have played on a ranked server recently and got some points and still nothing.  No drum roll or anything.  So I am a bit confused and a little worried cause Im comming up on Corporal and I still haven't gotten my 1st unlock.  Am I gonna lose it when I hit Corporal because it never registered my Lance Corporal Rank?  Is there something I can do that I haven't to get LC?

Hey dont worry, that has happened to me, the numbers are not EXACT.  One time I way passed the rank requirement on UBAR and nothing.  I logged on and the first second I got the promotion.  Just be patient, a lot of the unlocks suck anyways so dont worry about that either.

Have you actually played since your stats updated?

A lot of times you'll go over the needed amount but the database won't update until later...

well, the numbers are whats required to rank up.  however, the EA stats server has to update before you can get your promotion.  they're notoriously slow on weekends.

just continue to play as you normally would.  you'll get your promotion soon enough.

When you just started your account, your stats is being reported slowly*. I had the same problem. I'm sure you will rank up in next 36 hrs.

36hrs?! Gah!  Oh well.  I'll just log in tonight after work and see what I see.  If I don't rank up, I'll just try not to get Corporal tonight. Silly slow servers, you'd think 24hrs would be long enough for them to get it together.

Yeah, don't worry man. Sometimes it takes ages. You won't loose any unlocks, for example, when BF2 switched from patch 1.02 to 1.03, (when all the ranks were made much much easier to obtain,) I was stuck at Lance Corporal when I should have been a Staff/Gunnery Sergeant, as the 1.03 patch didn't work on the PCs I played on. After 1.12 though, I suddenly got rank after rank after rank and had fun choosing several new unlocks.
