you could probably compute it ... doubt it would be spot-on, but it's probably close.

take 25000 and divide by your SPM ... then divide by 60 minutes to get your hours ...

uhm first sergeant = 20k. but if this is correct uhm lets see

20,000:3,59:60= 92 hours
25,000:3,59:60= 116 hours

im almsot at 200 hours now and i got it at 20k, and im at 24.5k now, and my current score per hour is 123.78600, so 4500 / 123.78600 = 36 hours, but im sure i improved over time so maybe at like 180 - 185 hours?
