it took forever, and i'll leave it at that, but in the past month i've ranked up twice. I play intensely a lot more, before i was bullshitting with my old co workers on graveshift sniping getting like 3 kills a game. Now im a monster and pull 100 point minimun games.

man,im on just over 200 hours now and ive got 16000 points! it seems to be takin for ever! i only want to unlock a couple more guns! and when i get it then the next one is 50,000!holy shit! it'll be christmas!

i suppose if i played for points, my hardtest every time i would have gotten it at like 170 or something. but i do odd things when i play. play around, sometimes i get serious. sometimes i do bad. avg player i suppose

now to get sarge maj...i doubt i will. by then ill prolly pick a new game up. which i already have sorta lately. bf gets old. but i still love to get in a few times a week

...I'd also like to note that playing on Karkand isn't a guarantee of points. My best round is high for Karkand, but only because I'm a Commander-whore. For some reason I get -less- points as infantry on Karkand than I do on, say, Sharqi, where my best infantry round is 147.
I think I do better on Dalian Plant as infantry as opposed to Karkand, too. Anyhow, I'll probably make First Sergeant - never. I won't ever get pistol/knife badges, since I play as a teamplayer all the time and don't particularly aim for badges/medals specifically. I just get what I get when I get it.

200 something? I spent a lot of time figuring out what the hell I was doing......I've never played a game like BF2 before. The only kind of games I ever played online were like....the Warcraft and Starcraft games.

Well thats kind of wrong unless you are close to 25k (20k) at the time or you never improve. Anyone who just used the above formula and is now an officer is probbly worng, and it took them alot longer its just ther SPM has improved alot over that time. 20k: 123.8 hours
25k: 154.8 hours
Actual time:

lol dude i've played with you alot on karkand. not surprised you hate karkand since your relatively new to the game. but if your still playing in 300 or 400 hours you will be very fed up with what wake does to people. You will be sick of walking places and waiting 3 rounds to get the plane then being tked for it or have some faggot stand in front. also you will get sick of waiting so long for anything to happen. I've got a pretty low score for the amount of time i've played, even as a medic most of my score comes from combat (Even though I will sprint as far as I can in 15 seconds to revive someone, and I'll give medpacks where needed)
